3D Artist

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the 3D team on various projects, covering a variety of sectors. This includes work towards architectural, product, retail and interior design.
  • Asset creation with a consistency in delivery, striving for a high standard to elevate our output.
  • Own and deliver on the task at hand, from concept to completion, aided and mentored by our senior and lead artists.
  • Play a part in ensuring deadlines are delivered on schedule.
  • Actively communicate with 3D Leads and Project Managers to ensure that they understand the progress of any given task.
  • Provide excellent and timely communication with 3D leads and Project Managers, bringing to attention any issues which may affect project deadlines.
  • Absorb constructive feedback, artistic direction and teachings from senior members of the team.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Proactively seek and provide recommendations to enhance creative output further.
  • Review client requests for changes and adjusts work accordingly, maintaining a high level in attention to detail.

RequirementsSkills

  • Up to 1 years of studio experience in 3D production, or a strong portfolio from relevant education or personal development projects.
  • Hybrid role with two mandatory days in our Leeds office.
  • A demonstration of artistic sense and technical skills.
  • Willing to contribute to a broad range of projects.
  • Knowledge and evidence of being skilled in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer and the Adobe Suite (similar software will also be considered).
  • Knowledge and evidence of being skilled in Substance and creating PBR materials would be extremely advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A meticulous eye for detail.
  • Able to understand and follow creative direction requirements.
  • A problem-solving attitude.
  • A positive attitude to learning and receiving constructive feedback.
  • A good communicator and generally a nice person to have around.
