Our unique visualisation platform enables next level real-time sports engagement solutions for leagues, broadcasters, brands and ultimately the consumers, allowing for never seen before sports content and new revenue streams.

Being a company that focuses on visualisation and animation, the work of the Animator touches all aspects of our organisation. You should have a deep understanding of modeling, skinning, prototyping and rigging. You are open to constructive criticism and feedback to further increase your knowledge and skills. Knowledge and love for sports is a big plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft engaging animations with a focus on stylized characters and emotive expressions, aiming for a high-quality, visually captivating result.
• Collaborate closely with the art team to ensure animations align with the desired aesthetic and storytelling goals.
• Coordinate with Unity programming teams to integrate animations seamlessly within technical constraints while preserving their emotional impact.
• Prototype and conceptualize innovative animation ideas, exploring different storytelling approaches and character interactions.
• Apply cinematic principles to animations, utilizing dynamic camera movements and composition to enhance narrative impact.

CAPABILITIES:

• Proficiency in leading 3D animation software like Maya or Blender, with a strong emphasis on stylized character animation.
• Familiarity with MotionBuilder for refining character motions and expressions.
• Proficiency in rigging and skinning skills at an intermediate level, capable of conveying nuanced emotions through character movement.
• In-depth understanding of animation systems within game engines, including node graphs and procedural animation techniques, tailored for stylized and emotionally resonant storytelling.
• Expertise in implementing 3D assets in Unity, ensuring animations seamlessly integrate into interactive environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and conveying storytelling nuances.
• You are able to work in our Office in Alkmaar (the Netherlands)
