We are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our team as an Animator and Videographer with expertise in 3D animation and video filming and editing. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for designing video-based/animated assets for Visualsoft and producing high-quality video content that enhances our brand presence. What you’ll be doing:

Your main responsibility will involve creating visually appealing motion graphics across various channels and producing compelling brand videos that inspire and excite our audiences. Working closely with the Brand team, you will devise creative video concepts for the website, marketing campaigns and events while ensuring high-quality production and editing.

As a Videographer and Animator, you’ll need to:

Videography:

• Conceptualise, film, and edit brand videos that inspire, excite, and celebrate the Visualsoft brand
• Collaborate with the brand team to devise creative video ideas for campaigns, events, training sessions, and internal communications
• Set up and operate production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio, for location and studio shoots
• Edit video content using relevant software, incorporating motion graphics, layout, and animation as needed
• Deliver video content optimised for various social media platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and reach

Animation and Design:

• Create effective, aesthetically pleasing, and functional designs for marketing assets across various channels, including Email, Social Media, and web pages
• Interpret creative briefs to provide innovative solutions that exceed expectations
• Produce high-quality video and digital assets that align with best practice principles and deadlines
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative and technical improvements for personal development and team benefits

3D Animation:

• Utilise 3D animation software to create captivating visual effects and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and brand videos, that align with our brand guidelines
• Develop storyboards and scripts for 3D animation projects, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Produce high quality 3D animations that enhance the visual appeal and engagement of our digital content

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital design, 3D animation, and videography roles
• Ability to create and edit motion graphics to an excellent standard
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, UX principles, and content management systems is desirable
• Understanding of various filming techniques such as Indoor and outdoor filming, “filming on the go” and interview based filming.
• Set up and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio, video recorders, lighting equipment and microphones for location and studio production when required.
• Excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for design, eCommerce, and digital marketing
• A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field is preferable
