Job Description

Your Daily Quest

You will join the recruitment team of the Paris production studio (7 people) and will be responsible for recruiting and leading a network of candidates, mainly in our technical professions (programming, Data Science, IT) but also in other video game professions (art, design, project management, etc.).

You will manage the entire recruitment process for your positions to ensure a positive and differentiating candidate experience. To this end, you will work in close collaboration with your HR peers as well as with the operational teams of the studio.

Your main missions will be:

1 / Sourcing:

  • Drafting of job descriptions in conjunction with operational staff,
  • Identification of the best approach channels to attract the best profiles (job boards; direct approach; cooptation; external partnerships; etc.),
  • Development and animation of a pool of candidates,
  • Conduct of pre-selection interviews.

2 / Recruitment:

  • Presentation of profiles to managers,
  • Organization of tests and interviews with operational staff,
  • Debriefs and decision-making support with managers,
  • Financial proposals to candidates,
  • Management of arrivals & follow-up of the integration of new recruits,

3 / External watch: participation in conferences, exhibitions and other internal and external events connected to the video game industry; promotion of the Ubisoft employer brand,

4 / Cross-functional projects: proposal and deployment of innovative recruitment and employer brand actions, in line with changes in the external market and Ubisoft’s recruitment strategy.


Your Skills

  • You have a first significant experience in recruitment, in specialized and / or difficult trades related to technology,
  • You know how to establish a sourcing strategy and are comfortable with the methods of approaching candidates directly, and are ideally used to sourcing internationally,
  • You have a positive state of mind and very good interpersonal skills that allow you to develop quality relationships with your contacts (candidates, managers, other members of the HR team),
  • You know how to lead and support a pool of prospects / candidates,
  • You are curious and autonomous,
  • You have a real interest in the video game sector or, failing that, in entertainment and / or new technologies,
  • You have a fluent level of English allowing you to exchange without problems with English-speaking candidates and managers,
  • You want to join a close-knit and “serious about fun” team.
