Surfing Giant Europe is looking for an experienced Post Production Coordinator (Retakes) to join our talented team to oversee production of a high-profile Disney Junior Series, “Hey A.J”, which will be appearing on the Disney Jr. Channel and Disney+.

The successful Post Production Coordinator (Retakes) candidate will: 

• Have previous experience of working on high profile animated series in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Have experience of working with file management tracking software, ftrack would be an advantage.
• To facilitate communication between the compositing department and editing.
• To coordinate all stages of internal retakes and approvals.
• Coordinate the upload of the completed episodes to the client.
• To coordinate completion and upload of all retakes to the client.
• Assist the Production Manager with day-to-day production duties.
• To manage the editor’s calendar and book reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues or departmental overloads.
• Obtain and check final credit lists with the internal crew and client.
• To coordinate the online edit.
• To coordinate the final deliverables with the external post house.
• Assist with festival and awards entries.
• Have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and good organisation skills.
• Familiarity with Toon Harmony software.
• Report to the Production Manager.
