Job: Pipeline Developer. We are a creative production and post production house. We differ from most production companies in having our own in-house post-production studio, with animation as our distinctive touch. This allows us to control the entire process without limiting our creativity.

We are currently looking for a Pipeline Developer to join our team in our Barcelona office. 

The Pipeline Developer is part of a studio team responsible for developing and supporting tools to accelerate workflow in the production of high quality Visual Effects imagery.

As Pipeline Developer You will:

• Develop pipeline tools and processes to meet production needs
• Create and update documentation explaining our processes and tools
• Ensure tools and processes meet the global pipeline framework and tracking systems
• Take ownership of technical issues and work with the pipeline team and artists to find appropriate resolutions
• Implement and document pipeline tools, scripts, and procedures to support the development and deployment of creative productions

Pipeline Developer Requirements:

• Proficient in python 2.x/3.x and/or C++.
• Proficient with Shotgrid and one or more software APIs: Houdini,  Nuke, Maya, Redshift and Arnold. 
• Prior experience with revision control systems such as Git or SVN is preferred.
• Must have a mature approach to software design and implementation. 
• Strong understanding of production processes for film and television is preferable.
• Experience with Visual Effects Asset Management System design or development is a plus.
• Experience with PyQt or PySide would be helpful.
• Must be able to communicate eloquently and effectively with non-technical stakeholders
