Internship Motion Designers – Funded work placements in Seville and Marseille

Job Description

Capacity London is offering funded work placements in Seville and Marseille for the Creative Industries sector. A range of different positions are available, including: Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Pottery, TV Production, Art Restoration and more). This is for a September 2019 start. Flights to Seville and Marseille will be on Friday 13th September preceded by 3 days of preparatory training in London from Tuesday 10th to Thursday 12th September.

In order to support you during your work placement Capacity London will provide you with the following:

€120 per week subsistence allowance
Shared accommodation (own bedroom, shared living spaces such as kitchen, bathroom)
Language tuition
Flights to and from your destination (including airport transfers in your host city)
Travel medical insurance for the duration of your stay
Ongoing support and local pastoral care for the duration of your stay

Mardi8 is an audiovisual production company that produces documentary films, creative videos, shows and digital devices for museums and institutions. Our approach is to combine formal and artistic creation and research with the latest audio-visual and multimedia technologies, constantly questioning our role as cultural mediator and content producer, to tell stories in the service of meaning and the transmission of the knowledge.

Job Description

You’ll be part of a team producing audiovisuals for museal projections and interactive installations. You will be asked and helped to create principles of graphical integration and animation, so that the stories are told to the public in the best elegant and didactic way. Successful applicant will be Supervised by the Creative director.

Key Task

– Involvement in brainstorming to enrich graphics concepts and ideas – Story-boarding
– Creation of illustrations from archives documents and from scratch – Animation based on stories and didactic purposes
