Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative 3D Object Specialist with a strong expertise in Blender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, modeling, and rendering high-quality 3D objects for various projects. This role requires excellent knowledge of 3D modeling techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create detailed, realistic 3D objects using Blender.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable 3D assets and materials.
• Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the 3D modeling process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and software updates in the field of 3D modeling and rendering.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Blender and a solid understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering.
• Familiarity with other 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling techniques, including digital sculpting, retopology, and UV mapping.
• Ability to create photorealistic materials and textures using software like Substance Painter or Mari.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D models created using Blender.
